The ISSW (International Snow Science Workshop) is the world’s largest conference on snow and avalanches and will be hosted in Austria from October 7 to 12, 2018.
Avalanche professionals from around the world will converge in Innsbruck to this 5-day conference to present new findings in snow and avalanche research and to exchange their know-how and experience.

The focus is to promote the interdisciplinary exchange of ideas and experiences between snow science researchers and practitioners.
